Our process

We are a Search firm, not an employment agency. Clients engage our services to staff permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire positions based on their specific needs. Our fees are paid by our client companies, therefore, our time and energy is committed to filling current client searches in a timely manner. When a position becomes available, we search our extensive internal candidate database to find a match. If we don't have your resume on file, please make sure to forward one to us. You don't want to miss out on a great opportunity! Qualified candidates will be contacted for a phone screen or face-to-face interview with one of our Recruiters. If selected, your resume will be presented to our client (with your permission) for consideration. We prepare candidates for the interview, handle salary negotiation and consult with you throughout the entire process (before and after acceptance).
