- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IS, or relative years of work
experience
- Should have 10 + years of experience in HCM (HRIS) with at least 5 years at a
senior level
- Must have implementation experience in at least 3 of the following HCM (HRIS)
areas: Payroll, Time & Attendance, Recruiting and Applicant tracking,
- Performance Management, Succession Planning, Compensation & Benefits Management,
Learning Management
- Must have experience with at least 1 major end-to-end deployment of a large HR
- System on an international scale in at least 2 regions (US & Canada, Europe,
LATAM, APAC).
- A good understanding of all the key HR processes (experience managing an HR
function a plus)
- Should have experience with selection of HRIS products and vendors, including
building of business case and ROI analysis.
- Should have experience dealing with disparate data structures and models to
address detailed interface and conversion issues to and from external systems
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Willing to travel 30% including a mix of US and International. Travel typically
is no longer than 1-2 weeks at a time
