HOW CAN I DETERMINE A FAIR COMPENSATION FOR MY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES?
It is considered normal to expect a moderate increase on your total compensation if it is in alignment to the geographical area in which the job is located.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR A POSITION?
Visit our "for Job Seekers" page and learn more about us or just "find jobs" to view some of our current positions. After reviewing the requirements and you determine you meet the specific requirements for one or mre positions, please click "Apply" and complete the online application.
CAN SOMEONE REVIEW MY RESUME AND GIVE ME ADVICE?
As we review your background and determine there is a potential match between your career goals, passions, skills and experience with one of our employer clients, we will provide you with guidance and help to ensure that your strengths are emphasized in your resume for a position.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM YOU ON MY APPLICATION?
Due to the volume of resumes we receive for our positions, we appreciate your patience while we review your background. If, a few days pass and you feel strongly that you meet the requirements of the position, call us at 813-289-3000 and ask for one of our highly skilled recruiters between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:00 pm.
CAN WE MEET IN PERSON?
In this age of video conferences, we always try and have a face-to-face meeting with all of our candidates that we are presenting to our employer clients. We feel the more we know about you, the better results you will have in getting your next dream career.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR AN INTERVIEW?
You should go to the employer clients' website and learn as much as you can about their business and technologies. Also, go to LinkedIn and check them out there too, as well as see if you know anyone that works there. The more you know about the company the better.
HOW DO I GET PAID?
Rita Technology Services pays on a weekly basis for our off site employees. If you start your assignment on a Thursday, you will need to turn in your approved timesheet no later than noon on the following Monday. You will email this timesheet to firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive your first paycheck on the following Friday and every Friday after that as long as you work on an assignment at one of our employer client companies. Direct Deposit is available.
DO I HAVE TO CALL YOU WHEN MY ASSIGNMENT ENDS IF I WANT ANOTHER JOB?
At Rita, we believe relationships are everything. Your recruiter will be touching base with you periodically throughout your assignment to see how you are doing (both professionally and personally) and to help you with any challenges you might be facing at work.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HAPPY IN A POSITION RITA HAS PLACED ME IN?
Please call your recruiter. Our focus is finding you the right fit, At times we are able to remedy a workplace situation by communicating with the management team. If this doesn't work and you still aren't happy, then we will strive to make your transition to another career opportunty a win-win for both you and our employer client.
WHEN I APPLY FOR A POSITION, WHERE DOES MY RESUME GO? WHO RECEIVES IT?
After you submit your resume to Rita, it put into our database. Applications are sent directly to the recruiter who created the job posting. Then it is made available only to our recruiters when they do their talent searches.
WILL YOU SUBMIT MY RESUME TO AN EMPLOYER WITHOUT TALKING TO ME FIRST?
Your information is only made available to our recruiters. Maintaining your confidentiality is important to us. We would NEVER submit a resume to an employer without your prior knowledge and CONSENT.
