  • WHEN I APPLY FOR A POSITION, WHERE DOES MY RESUME GO? WHO RECEIVES IT?"
    After you submit your resume to Rita, it put into our database. Applications are sent directly to the recruiter who created the job posting. Then it is made available only to our recruiters when they do their talent searches.
  • WILL YOU SUBMIT MY RESUME TO AN EMPLOYER WITHOUT TALKING TO ME FIRST?
    Your information is only made available to our recruiters. Maintaining your confidentiality is important to us. We would NEVER submit a resume to an employer without your prior knowledge and CONSENT.
  • CAN SOMEONE REVIEW MY RESUME AND GIVE ME ADVICE?
    As we review your background and determine if there is a potential match between your career goals, passions, skills and experience with one of our employer clients, we will provide you with guidance and help to ensure that your strengths are emphasized in your resume for a position.
  • HOW CAN I DETERMINE A FAIR COMPENSATION FOR MY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES?
    It is considered normal to expect a moderate increase on your total compensation if it is in alignment to the geographical area in which the job is located. You need to understand the full compensation package ( benefits, 401K, bonus programs, stock options et al... before making a judgement on base compensation. You can check out some independent compensation information if you visit sites like www.salary.com.
  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM YOU ON MY APPLICATION?

  • CAN WE MEET IN PERSON?
    In this age of video conferences, we always try and have a face-to-face meeting with all of our candidates that we are presenting to our employer clients. We feel the more we know about you, the better results you will have in getting your next dream career. If you are a local (Tampa) candidate we always love having you come into our offices to meet!
  • HOW DO I PREPARE FOR AN INTERVIEW?
    You should go to the employer clients' website and learn as much as you can about their business and technologies. Also, go to LinkedIn and check them out there too, as well as see if you know anyone that works there. The more you know about the company the better.
  • HOW DO I GET PAID?
    Rita Technology Services pays it's consultants on a weekly basis. If you start your assignment on a Thursday, you will need to turn in your approved timesheet no later than noon on the following Monday. You will email this timesheet to payroll@ritatech.com. You will receive your first paycheck on the following Friday and every Friday after that as long as you work on an assignment at one of our employer client companies. Direct Deposit is available.
  • DO I HAVE TO CALL YOU WHEN MY ASSIGNMENT ENDS IF I WANT ANOTHER JOB?
    At Rita, we believe relationships are everything. Your recruiter will be touching base with you periodically throughout your assignment to see how you are doing (both professionally and personally) and to help you with any challenges you might be facing at work. Please call us if something has changed in your employment situation, such as new skills, education or certifications, so that we can help you in your career development and next opportunity.
